Only authorized sales, customer service and accounting personnel have access to your account information. Only authorized programming personnel at RPA Biotech can see your personal password. Your account manager cannot see your password. Nor can any other personnel other than the programming personnel. If you forget your password, you can receive a reminder via e-mail. Only authorized sales, accounting, and customer service personnel have access to your other account information.
